Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries, identifying service needs, resolving concerns, and selling additional services
- Update customers with estimates, inspection results, and provide payment collection
- Manage customer satisfaction surveys and review completed work
- Use Dealer Management System (DMS) and other essential software to look up service history, schedule appointments, and manage information
