This role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can make a visible impact and grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Process all shop repair orders by scheduling and assigning work to shop Associates.
• Document and diagnose necessary repairs by taking photographs.
• Work closely with customers and insurance companies to obtain necessary authorization and documentation relating to repair work.
• Monitor job schedules to ensure timeliness of repairs and job pricing.
• Complete invoicing and collecting procedures in a timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
• Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of related automotive repair facility or heavy-duty truck experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Windows; demonstrated skills in computer-generated business systems.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL required, or ability to obtain.
• Dependable and reliable attendance.
