Job Requirements
- Assist customers at the service counter as well as by phone and taking care of their needs using our Elite Support processes and standards.
- All aspects of transaction, from taking appointment to completing invoice and collecting from customer.
- Assist fellow service office employees with managing schedule and workload.
- Manage technician time and monitor repair progress for maximum efficiency.
- Work with parts department by gathering information to complete repair estimates before updating customer for approval.
- Work with outside vendors for sublet work needed on customer units.
- Assist with warranty claims at branch level and work with warranty department to ensure maximum warranty recovery with vendors.
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills and knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong problem solver with the ability to think outside of the box
- 3 Years of Truck or Automotive Service Writing Experience Required
