About the role
Honda of Danbury, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an automotive Service Advisor to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage customer service appointments
- Review and communicate service history to customers
- Provide accurate cost estimates for vehicle service and repairs
- Relay important information about vehicle maintenance and repairs to customers
Requirements
- Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications
