Responsibilities
- Welcome Customers Promptly and Genuinely
- Clearly Document Vehicle Concerns as Described by the Customer
- Determine Needs and Recommend Vehicle Maintenance
- Prepare and Present Service Estimates
- Establish and Communicate Next Steps
- Maintain Progress of Each Vehicle: Update Customers Frequenty
- Verify Final Invoice Matches Work Performed on Repair Order
- Present and Explain Completed Work and Charges to Customers
Qualifications
- A Kind and Friendly Demeanor
- Experience in a Service Advisory Role is a Plus
- Organized and Able to Multitask
- General Automotive Knowledge and Enthusiasm are Helpful
