Responsibilities
- Oversight of the Drive Lane flow to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Taking ownership of the customer's experience by handling additional assignments to leave a positive impression.
- Providing concierge support for all owner inquiries, both phone and in person, to ensure the customer is not mishandled.
- Ensuring consistent sale of technicians' time to service customers each day.
- Distributing work efficiently between technicians.
