Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and explain repair options in a clear and understandable manner.
• Schedule service appointments, coordinate with technicians, and manage the flow of vehicles through the service bay.
• Identify vehicle issues through customer descriptions, visual inspections, and potentially test drives, clarifying issues for technicians.
• Prepare detailed repair orders, including time and cost estimates, and document customer concerns for technicians.
• Provide updates on repair progress, explain charges clearly, and address customer inquiries or concerns.
• Recommend additional services or products when appropriate, contributing to overall sales and revenue.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with the service provided, handling complaints and seeking resolutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and enter data into computer databases.
• Collaborate with technicians and other service personnel to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor Experience required.
• Organized and friendly personality

Pay

The Representative Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $18.05. The position may also pay commission compensation based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance ranging from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
