About the role

Join the team at Freightliner of Hartford, a well-established, family-owned and operated Class 8 Truck Dealership in East Hartford, CT. We specialize in repairing Freightliner and Western Star trucks, along with other makes and models. As the face of our service department, you will be the primary point of contact for customers regarding needed repairs.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers
• Preparing repair orders
• Interacting with technicians on needed repairs
• Verifying warranty and service contract coverage
• Developing estimates

Requirements

This is a full-time position.

Pay
