Responsibilities

• Oversight of the Drive Lane flow
• Ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective service to customers
• Taking ownership of the customer's experience
• Providing concierge support for all owner inquiries
• Selling technicians' time efficiently to service customers

Requirements

• Previous dealership experience preferred, but not required
• Organized and friendly personality
• Demonstrated ability to manage others
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent communication skills with customers
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screen
