Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly
- Uses service lane technology when greeting guests
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Clearly report all vehicle inspection points to the customer
- Aids customer needs with maintenance, repairs and recalls
- Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle
- Prepares a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Establishes follow-up time
- Maintains progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updates customers frequently
- Verifies that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Explains all completed work and charges to customers
- Follows up with client for customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Are a fast learner
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Are a team player
- Are computer literate
- Have a valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a must
- Above average energy level
- A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity
- Dealertrack computer experience a plus
