Service Advisor

About the role

Beyer Volvo is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, obtaining and recording vehicle information, and providing accurate estimates and explanations of repairs.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers promptly
• Obtaining and recording customer and vehicle information
• Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determining and recommending needed maintenance based on the vehicle's age, mileage, and history
• Preparing a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Establishing follow-up time and monitoring the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently
• Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
• Explaining all completed work and charges to customers

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a service advisory role
• Positive attitude
• High volume mentality
• CIS focused
• Good reading, computer, and personal skills

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. A background in automotive service is preferred but not required.

Pay

The starting salary is $100k + potential for additional bonuses and incentives.
