How You’ll Contribute

  • Oversight of the Drive Lane to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Reporting directly to the Service Manager and assisting in strategy and reporting.
  • Maintain a high Net Promoter Score by taking ownership of the entire customer experience and carrying out additional tasks and behaviors that leave a positive impression.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, ensuring and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule service appointments and create return appointments after service visits.
  • Ensure consistent sale of technicians' time to service customers.
  • Generate clear and accurate work orders that effectively convey customer concerns, satisfy legal, internal, and manufacturer warranty policy and procedure standards, and protect the dealership from liability.
  • Perform complete and thorough walk-around vehicle inspections.
  • Thoroughly communicate with and keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle and costs associated with repairs.
  • Upon completion of service, clearly communicate the value provided to the customer via an active delivery process.
  • Utilize tools provided to ensure top performance.
  • Generate loaner/rental agreements and ensure proper documentation is provided to protect the dealership from liability.
  • Reports to Service Manager.

Requirements

  • A high level of concern for customer satisfaction and a willingness to take ownership of the entire customer experience.
  • Top Performer: Thorough understanding and ability to engage in consultative selling techniques. Service Advisor experience is required. A strong consultative sales background would be considered.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and with others.
  • Fantastic communication skills with customers in person or via email, text, and phone.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.
