Dixie Buick GMC is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Fort Myers, FL.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Schedule service appointments and manage service workflow.
• Communicate service recommendations and repair estimates clearly and accurately.
• Cookordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Follow up with customers regarding service updates, approvals, and vehicle pickup.
• Maintain customer records and service documentation with accuracy.
• Resolve any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in automotive service advising or related customer service roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is a plus.
• Proficiency with computer systems and customer management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
