Service Advisor

Job Summary

Diehl Automotive is seeking an experienced full-time Automotive Service Advisor at our Butler, PA location. Responsibilities include greeting customers, obtaining accurate vehicle information, providing estimates, and working collaboratively with technicians and other advisors.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner
• Obtain accurate information regarding the customer's vehicle, documenting any and all concerns to the repair order
• Advise customers on maintenance intervals according to manufacturer specifications
• Provide customers with a complete and accurate estimate for labor and parts
• Provide customers with a detailed breakdown of all charges for the services performed to their vehicle
• Obtain prior authorization from the customer or warranty company for necessary repairs
• Handle telephone inquiries regarding customer concerns, appointments, and follow up with customers on work in progress
• Verify manufacturer and extended warranty coverage

Requirements

• Service Advisor Experience: 1 year
• DMS experience (preferred)
• Clean driving record
• Time management skills
• Commitment to 100% customer satisfaction
• Basic computer skills including typing and Microsoft Excel
• Organized, professional, and courteous demeanor

Pay and Schedule
