Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner.
- Obtain accurate information regarding the customers vehicle, documenting any and all concerns to the repair order.
- Advise customers on the maintenance intervals according to manufacturers specifications.
- Provide customers with a complete and accurate estimate for labor and parts.
- Provide customers with a detailed breakdown of all charges for the services performed to their vehicle.
- Obtain prior authorization from the customer or warranty company for repairs that need to be completed.
- Handle telephone inquiries regarding customer concerns, appointments, and follow up with customers on work in progress.
- Verify manufacturer and extended warranty coverage.
Qualifications
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Time management skills.
- A commitment to 100% customer satisfaction.
- Basic computer skills including typing and Microsoft Excel.
- An organized, professional, and courteous demeanor.
- Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred.
