Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive in our climate-controlled service drive.
- Listen to the guest to properly assess their service needs or concerns for their vehicle.
- Communicate with technicians so that they have the appropriate information to properly complete the vehicle service.
- Regularly communicate with the customer regarding the status of their service appointment.
- Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards.
- Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.
Qualifications
- Organized and friendly personality
- Demonstrated ability to manage others
- Time management skills
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- Team oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work with little supervision
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
