Responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify their service needs clearly and accurately
- Provide detailed vehicle service explanations, cost estimates, and timelines
- Schedule service appointments and maintain communication throughout the service process
- Cook up coordination with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery
- Process service orders, inspections, and invoices accurately
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs to assist customers effectively
- Promote additional services and products based on customer needs
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency with computer systems and service management software
- Able to explain complex technical information clearly to customers
- Problem-solving skills and detail-oriented approach
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
