Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their service needs clearly and accurately
• Provide detailed vehicle service explanations, cost estimates, and timelines
• Schedule service appointments and maintain communication throughout the service process
• Cook up coordination with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery
• Process service orders, inspections, and invoices accurately
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs to assist customers effectively
• Promote additional services and products based on customer needs

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency with computer systems and service management software
• Able to explain complex technical information clearly to customers
• Problem-solving skills and detail-oriented approach
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
