Responsibilities
- Oversight of the Drive Lane flow to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Taking ownership of the customer's experience by handling additional assignments to leave a positive impression.
- Providing concierge support for all owner inquiries, both phone and in person, to ensure the customer is not mishandled.
- Selling technicians' time efficiently to service customers daily.
- Distributing work between technicians effectively.
