About the role

At Chevrolet of Fayetteville, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, we are seeking an automotive Service Advisor to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage customer service appointments
• Review and communicate service history to customers
• Provide accurate cost estimates for vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Relay important information about vehicle maintenance and repairs to customers

Requirements

• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications
