What You'll Do
- Manage the flow of the service drive while making sure every customer receives prompt, professional, and friendly service
- Own the customer experience from check-in to delivery
- Answer questions about vehicle concerns, warranties, and repairs
- Help ensure technician time is used efficiently
- Work closely with the shop and maintain strong customer satisfaction scores

What You'll Bring to the Team
- Previous Service Advisor/Writer experience, minimum of 2 consecutive years
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Consistent record of service and sales success
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- Team oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work with little supervision
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Pay: $61K - $83K, up to $150K annually for top performers
