Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and the flow of the Drive Lane to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether over the phone or in person.
• Distribute work efficiently among technicians and ensure the daily inventory of technician time is consistently sold.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain customer happiness scores at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, ordering parts, and overseeing warranty claims.
• Collaborate with upper management on hiring and disciplinary decisions for the service department.

Qualifications

• Previous experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage others.
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• Organized and friendly personality with fantastic communication skills.
• Time management skills and the ability to work with little supervision.
• A professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
