Responsibilities

• Proactively plan and schedule service work to ensure customer readiness and availability of required parts.
• Handle telephone inquiries efficiently, scheduling new appointments and managing active work in process.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Diagnose and document vehicle issues accurately, recommending additional services based on service history.
• Provide detailed written cost estimates and establish a clear “promised time” for repairs.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards through strict progress checking and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Success as an Automotive Service Advisor with a strong track record of positive customer satisfaction.
• A demonstrated ability to manage others and coordinate team efforts under pressure.
• An organized, friendly, and persuasive personality with excellent communication skills.
• Sharp time-management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A professional appearance suitable for a customer-facing role.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
