Service Advisor

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. This role involves initiating and processing repair-service requests, providing administrative support to the Service Department, and keeping customers informed of work progress.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
• Keep customers apprised of work progress

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 – $75,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
