As a Service Advisor at Cadillac of Novi, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, greeting clients warmly and actively listening to their concerns to build lasting rapport. Your role involves recommending appropriate services and repairs tailored to each vehicle's inspection and the customer's needs. You'll write clear and concise repair orders, transparently detailing cost and time estimates while keeping customers informed about their vehicle's service progress and any changes.
