Responsibilities
- Greeting customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Listening to customer concerns and helping provide the right solutions
- Scheduling appointments and managing repair orders efficiently
- Communicating service recommendations clearly and confidently
- Coeordinating with technicians to ensure timely repairs
- Keeping customers updated throughout the service process
- Building trust and long-term customer relationships
- Recommending maintenance services that keep vehicles safe and reliable
- Delivering a top-tier customer experience from check-in to vehicle pickup
Qualifications
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
- CDJR experience is a huge plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
- Basic automotive knowledge and willingness to learn
- Computer proficiency and dealership software experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
