Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive for service appointments.
- Listen to customers' vehicle concerns and accurately document service requests.
- Explain service recommendations and vehicle repairs to customers in a clear and friendly manner.
- Cook up with service technicians to ensure timely service completion and updates.
- Prepare and process service orders, work with invoicing, and handle payment processing.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with dealership management software a plus.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
