Service Advisor

About the role

As a Service Advisor at BMW of Bloomfield Hills, you will be the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring they have an exceptional experience from appointment scheduling to cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage customer service appointments
• Review and communicate service history to customers
• Provide accurate cost estimates for vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Relay important information about vehicle maintenance and repairs to customers
• Ensure customers have a world-class service experience at every step of their ownership journey
• Provide unparalleled knowledge and technical expertise to help customers understand and approve their maintenance requirements, repair orders, and cost estimates
• Connect with customers about their vehicle questions in a professional manner that reflects understanding, clarity, accuracy, and courtesy
• Strive to grow the dealership and your career by hitting challenging monthly goals
