Responsibilities

• Oversight of Drive Lane flow to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Taking ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments to leave a positive impression
• Providing concierge support for all owner inquiries, both phone and in person, to ensure the customer is not mishandled
• Selling technicians' time efficiently to service customers
• Distributing work between technicians effectively

Qualifications

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Team player
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
