Service Advisor

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and manage shop service scheduling
• Open and document service repair orders
• Communicate repair needs clearly between customers and technicians
• Process warranty claims and customer billings accurately
• Ensure all service billing procedures are followed and collect payments
• Handle customer communications, phone inquiries, and coordinate delivery timelines
• Assist in resolving customer concerns professionally

What We’re Looking For

• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Experience in service writing, dealership operations, or bookkeeping preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to enforce procedures and maintain structure under pressure
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screening
