Job Duties

  • Greet customers promptly
  • Document customers concerns and service requests on the tablet-generated repair order
  • Work closely with technicians to solve customer concerns
  • Communicate required maintenance and repair estimates to the customer via E-Approval, video, text, phone, or in person
  • Set the proper expectation and update the customer throughout the repair process
  • Test-drive vehicles to confirm service repairs or verify a concern with the customer
  • Estimate the cost and time needed for repairs
  • Handle customer complaints

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of automotive machines and tools
  • At least 1 year experience in the automotive industry
  • A valid driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record
  • Bi-lingual preferred but not necessary, Spanish or Polish
