Job Duties
- Greet customers promptly
- Document customers concerns and service requests on the tablet-generated repair order
- Work closely with technicians to solve customer concerns
- Communicate required maintenance and repair estimates to the customer via E-Approval, video, text, phone, or in person
- Set the proper expectation and update the customer throughout the repair process
- Test-drive vehicles to confirm service repairs or verify a concern with the customer
- Estimate the cost and time needed for repairs
- Handle customer complaints
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of automotive machines and tools
- At least 1 year experience in the automotive industry
- A valid driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record
- Bi-lingual preferred but not necessary, Spanish or Polish
