Service Advisor 3:30pm - 11:59pm Mon-Fri

Service Advisor Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries.
• Consult with customers on service specials and present service menus.
• Document services declined and follow up on future service considerations.
• Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and potential changes.
• Create and present repair estimates, dictating immediate and future needed services.
• Ensure customer concerns are addressed upon vehicle delivery.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Hold technicians accountable for safe and honest repairs.
• Closely lock up the building at the end of the shift.

Qualifications

• Service Advisor / Automotive Experience Required
• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
• Able to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent computer and typing skills.
• Organized.
• Enjoy talking to people.
• Customer handling skills.
• Technology / Bluetooth phone savvy.
