Service Advisor Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with inquiries.
- Consult with customers on service specials and present service menus.
- Document services declined and follow up on future service considerations.
- Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and potential changes.
- Create and present repair estimates, dictating immediate and future needed services.
- Ensure customer concerns are addressed upon vehicle delivery.
- Provide concierge support for owner inquiries.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Hold technicians accountable for safe and honest repairs.
- Closely lock up the building at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- Service Advisor / Automotive Experience Required
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
- Able to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent computer and typing skills.
- Organized.
- Enjoy talking to people.
- Customer handling skills.
- Technology / Bluetooth phone savvy.
