About the role
We are seeking a reliable Service Administrator to support daily operations at our Bethlehem service shop. This role is the first point of contact for customers and supports service operations through communication, work order management, labor entry, and invoicing.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and answer incoming phone calls
- Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding service jobs
- Open service work orders and gather unit information (warranty, rental/demo, claims)
- Call customers for job approvals, updates, and completion
- Enter daily employee labor hours
- Aid with invoicing of service operations
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel to track labor and service jobs
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years clerical administrator or customer service experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Prior service or administrative experience preferred
