Service Account Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Cook up daily account activities to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments
• Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation for assigned accounts
• Support the onboarding process for new clients and ensure smooth transitions
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client experience
