Responsibilities
- Cook up daily communication with clients regarding services, updates, and account needs
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and account information
- Aid with scheduling, project coordination, and internal follow-ups
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of client requests
- Keep an eye on account activity and help resolve service-related concerns professionally
- Prepare reports, summaries, and administrative documentation when needed
- Support onboarding processes for new clients and maintain positive client relationships
- Ensure all tasks are completed with attention to detail and efficiency
