Servers Full-time and Part Time - Sign on Bonus!
About the role
Make a meaningful impact every day by providing exceptional dining experiences that nourish, comfort, and bring joy to the residents who call our luxury Memory Care and Assisted Living community home. As a Dining Room Server, you’ll play an important role in making each resident’s dining experience enjoyable, comfortable, and personalized.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, respectful, and compassionate service to residents
- Deliver meals efficiently and accurately
- Follow special diets and portion requirements
- Prepare and maintain dining tables and service areas
- Keep dining areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Work closely with Dining Leadership and the Dining Services team
- Help create a welcoming, comfortable, and enjoyable dining experience for every resident
Requirements
- Friendly, positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others
- Dependable and responsible
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions, special diets, and portion controls
- Commitment to cleanliness and food safety
- Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
- Must be 18 years of age or older or a high school graduate
Schedule
Flexible scheduling options available, including:
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 7:00 AM – 2:00 or 3:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM
- 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
We’re happy to work with your availability whenever possible. Weekend availability is required for both full-time and part-time positions.
Pay
- Starting pay: $14.00/hour, with opportunities for higher pay based on experience
- $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions
- $500 sign-on bonus for part-time positions
