As a Server at Yolan, you will play a crucial role in creating refined and memorable dining moments for our guests through attentive service, professional demeanor, and genuine warmth.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to guests during service
• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of menu offerings, ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage pairings
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the culinary team
• Ensure food and beverages are delivered promptly and presented according to restaurant standards
• Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful service throughout the dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper table presentation within assigned sections
• Collaborate closely with culinary, bar, and support teams to ensure seamless service execution
• Handle guest concerns or special requests with urgency, professionalism, and care
• Assist with opening, side work, and closing responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Previous serving experience in an upscale or luxury restaurant environment preferred
• Passion for hospitality and creating elevated guest experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and approachable demeanor
• Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standards preferred
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced dining environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team-oriented environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and restaurant supplies weighing up to 30 pounds
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and move quickly throughout the restaurant as needed
• Ability to work in a high-energy and fast-paced service environment

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who bring a passion for hospitality and a desire to elevate guest experiences. A background in serving in upscale or luxury restaurants is preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong understanding of food, wine, and beverage service standards, are key requirements. We also value flexibility and a collaborative spirit, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Shifts are typically 8 hours long, Monday through Saturday, with some Sunday availability. Exact schedule will be determined during the hiring process.
