About the role

We are looking for Servers who can create a fun and engaging atmosphere for our guests. Our servers are part of a dynamic team that loves to serve delicious tacos and craft beers, along with passionate sports fans and beer enthusiasts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and upbeat manner, creating memorable experiences.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and energetic environment.
• Ensure that all guests are provided with a wide selection of our menu items and beverages.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and adhere to all financial policies.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge about our products and services.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced service-oriented environment is preferred but not required.
