About the role

Ruby Slipper & Ruby Sunshine is an all-day brunch concept open for Breakfast and Lunch Only! Our mission is to provide a dining experience where guests can indulge in butter and bacon, and more.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional dining experience for all our guests.
• Embody the essence of brunch life and give our guests a little extra to rave about.
• Communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Follow dining room and service procedures and functions.
• Use basic math skills and responsibly handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
• Safely lift and maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 lbs.

Requirements

• A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better!
• Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
• Basic math skills and ability to responsibly handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
