Server/Waitstaff (Glenaire)

About the role

The Server/Wait Staff position includes welcoming and seating guests, taking guest orders, communicating them effectively to the kitchen, and memorizing the menu to offer recommendations for upselling appetizers, desserts, or drinks.

Responsibilities

• Serve food to assigned tables.
• Deliver food orders to apartments and cottages.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Reset tables for next guests.
• Periodically prepare simple food items such as salads and desserts.
• Aid in the preparation of cold food items.
