As a Dining Room Server, you will deliver meals to our residents and guests in a timely manner while providing first-class customer service. Whether you are starting your culinary career or are a seasoned server, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to a smooth, efficient, and safe kitchen operation as part of our dietary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meals to residents and guests on schedule
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Work collaboratively with the dietary team to ensure efficient kitchen operations
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for residents' rights and privacy

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions
• Obtain a Food Handlers Permit (as required by State regulations)
• Compassion for and desire to work with seniors
• Ability to meet health requirements and pass background checks
• Honesty, dependability, and fairness in all interactions
