Server/Waiter

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Server to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests
• Maintains food distribution, ensuring meals are delivered correctly and food is properly prepared and presented
• Checks station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Absorb all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests
• Must be familiar with all menu items, their preparation, and service procedures
• Totals checks, presents to guests, and accepts payment
• Assists with bussing tables
• Performs various other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of high school education, post-high school education preferred
• One (1) year of experience in hotel/restaurant serving role
• Familiarity with all menu items, their preparation, and service procedures
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively verbally
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
• Basic mathematical skills to make change and give refunds
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts

• Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers, calculators, etc.

Skills

• Knowledge of State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations

Pay

Compensation Range: $16.85 - $17 per hour
