About the role

Geronimo Hospitality Group is a collection of award‑winning boutique hotels, restaurants, and clubs that pride themselves on pushing boundaries and rejecting the status quo. The position is based at TRUK’T in downtown Beloit, a venue known for bold, worldly flavors, house‑made corn tortillas, and a selection of over 100 global tequilas and whiskeys. This is a part‑time server role where you will help create memorable “Geronimo moments” for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Take customers’ food and beverage orders.
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate parties.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in the restaurant, wait‑station, and kitchen service area to meet health board requirements.
• Receive payment from guests, ensure accuracy of checks and payment methods, and safeguard both customer and company.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in person and on the phone, providing timely and knowledgeable information.
• Present a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Maintain a warm, friendly atmosphere and contribute to a fun, memorable experience for guests.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic math skills (able to add, subtract, and count change).
• Legible handwriting and strong verbal communication skills.
• U.S. work authorization (required).
• One year of server experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with MICROS and Square POS systems (preferred).

Pay

$5.25 per hour.
