About the role

We are looking for experienced, passionate, detail-driven, and guest-focused Servers who thrive in a fast-paced, fun, and vibrant professional environment with a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all guest dining experiences are enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant.
• Provide a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees.
• Offer knowledgeable recommendations on food and drink selections to enhance the dining experience.
• Thoroughly answer all food and beverage preparation questions.
• Notify managers of any special accommodations, such as specific food allergies, prior to reporting them to the kitchen.
• Maintain the cleanliness of tables and dining areas around guests.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work related to job duties.
• Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests or concerns.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 or more years of experience in a high-end, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethic.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift, move, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. as needed.
