Server - Takeout

About the Role

Hiring immediately for full-time and part-time hourly Server - Takeout or To Go Specialist. As a Server - Takeout, you will ensure guests' needs are met courteously and promptly, creating an exceptional takeout or curbside experience.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests' needs in a courteous and timely manner
• Create a great takeout or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in guests' orders
• Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items for takeout and catering, guide guests on choosing menu items, and answer guests' questions
• Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
• Uphold high sanitation and safety standards

Requirements

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
• At least 18 years old
• Must possess a current Food Handler's Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
• Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs repeatedly during a shift
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Pay

$15.92 - $17.92 / hour + tips
