About the role

The Lodge at Natchez Trace – Nashville, TN offers a full-time position as a Server. This role provides daily pay, flexible scheduling options, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Take meal orders and serve food and beverages
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents
• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
• Set and clear tables; maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Aid in dishwashing and dining room upkeep as needed
• Work closely with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth service

Requirements

• Previous serving or customer service experience preferred (healthcare or senior living a plus)
