Server / PT / 11a - 7p / Sat & Sun every other weekend plus 1 day per week / Weekly Pay

About the role

Foothills Retirement Community is seeking a professional and compassionate Part-Time Dining Room Server to help create a warm, homelike experience for all residents. This position offers a schedule of every other weekend (both Saturday and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.) plus 1 or 2 additional days per week as needed (typically Wednesday and/or Thursday).

Responsibilities

• Setup dining room and stations, and assist with special functions as directed.
• Greet and seat residents in the dining room.
• Greet and take food orders from residents in the dining room.
• Participate in light prep work as assigned.
• Maintain a polite and friendly attitude.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of serving experience in a restaurant or healthcare setting.
• Experience using point of sales or touchscreen systems while serving or delivering meals.
• Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and customer service skills.
