About the role

The Server position delivers exceptional guest service in Clubs, Suites, or In-Seat environments, ensuring personal attention and exceeding guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and provide personal service.
• Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer.
• Work collaboratively with fellow associates and other service departments.
• Support service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
• Maintain knowledge of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium.
• Practice safe work habits and follow all safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must read, speak, and write English to communicate with guests.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10–30 pounds (occasionally 50 pounds).
• Sufficient mobility for constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling.
• Two to three years of experience in a fast-paced, high-end club or restaurant.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Availability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

$17 per hour.
