Server (PM)

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, explain specials, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
• Prepare checks, process payments, and adhere to cashier procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness by clearing, setting tables, and replenishing service items.
• Ensure the work environment is well-organized, with supplies ready for service.
• Retrieve food and beverages from kitchen and bar, assist colleagues, and support guest satisfaction.
• Check operational systems like music and lighting, and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to uphold service quality and standards.
