Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional dining service to residents while fostering meaningful connections.
- Aid in seating arrangements, build positive relationships with residents and guests, and assist with meal selections.
- Maintain the cleanliness and condition of all flatware and glassware, perform dishwashing, and organize clean dishes in designated areas.
- Ensure safety and sanitation by setting and clearing tables, arranging seating, and performing cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members, proactively communicating and participating in special projects, assisting in other areas of the building, attending in-service training sessions and team meetings as required.
- Collaborate and team up with others to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Previous experience in dining services, food handling, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow emergency protocols.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with staff, clients, and visitors.
- Successful completion of a state-mandated background check.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Pay
$16-$19 (non-exempt) based on location, qualifications, and experience.
Schedule
Part Time | 30 hours per pay period | 6:00a-2:30p/4:00p-7:30pm | Includes every other weekend.
