Server - Part Time - Westwood Ridge I

Hourly, non-exempt position (eligible for overtime).

Part Time | Evenings | 4pm-7pm

Pay

$16-$18.50 per hour (non-exempt) based on location, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dining service by assisting with seating, building positive relationships with residents and guests, and helping residents select their meals
• Ensure safety and sanitation by setting and clearing tables, arranging seating, and maintaining the cleanliness and condition of all flatware and glassware
• Perform dishwashing and organize clean dishes in designated areas
• Maintain dining and kitchen areas through vacuuming, sweeping, mopping while adhering to safety and infection control procedures
• Communicate effectively and proactively with residents and team members
• Participate in special projects, assist in other areas of the building, and attend in-service training sessions and team meetings as required

Requirements

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Previous experience in dining services, food handling, or customer service is preferred but not required
• Ability to follow emergency protocols
• Proficient in English for effective communication with staff, clients, and visitors
• Successful completion of a state-mandated background check
